85bt Terms and Conditions: Your Rights and Obligations

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The 85bt reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any of the above requirements at any time. Providing false information about eligibility will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of bonuses, and refund of the deposited real balance only, as required by law.

Access to the 85bt platform 85bt by users under 18 is strictly prohibited. If the platform identifies that a registered user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and only the actual deposited amount will be refunded to the CPF holder on record.

3. Registration & Account

Each user may maintain only one active account at 85bt. Registering multiple accounts under the same CPF, residential address, IP address, or device is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the blocking of all accounts involved.

At the time of registration, users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including: full legal name as shown on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number with area code. The 85bt is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the user.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal. The process requires submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Documents are reviewed within up to 48 business hours of submission.

The 85bt never asks for your password through any communication channel. Any message requesting your password on behalf of 85bt should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits

The 85bt accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) via the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through Brazil's major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 (ten reais). There is no maximum deposit limit, except for the operational limits of each payment method. The 85bt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

Pix deposits are credited instantly. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits may take up to 1 (one) business day to be confirmed after payment. Credit card deposits are subject to anti-fraud review and may take up to 30 minutes. A 85bt does not charge any additional fees on deposits made by users.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Receiving deposits from third parties or using payment methods not registered under the CPF holder's name is prohibited at 85bt. Failure to comply with this rule may result in account blocking and retention of the amounts involved for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of the real balance available in their account at 85bt at any time, provided that identity verification (KYC) has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL).

Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 (five) minutes for amounts up to R$ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand BRL), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. For withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00, processing may take up to 30 (thirty) minutes due to additional security checks.

The 85bt processes withdrawals exclusively to the Pix key or bank account registered under the account holder's name — matching the CPF on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The 85bt reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals deemed unusual or high-value, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policies. This process does not imply any wrongdoing on the user's part — it is a regulatory obligation of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The 85bt offers a range of promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit, weekly cashback, odds boosts, and a referral program. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the bonus page of the platform.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at 85bt:

• Each promotion is valid only for the bet types and markets specified in its individual terms;
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted through rollover;
• Attempts to exploit bonuses abusively (bonus abuse), including the coordinated use of multiple accounts, are prohibited and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and blocking of the accounts involved;
• The 85bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with 48 hours' prior notice published on the platform;
• If the user closes their account before completing the rollover, any remaining bonus balance is forfeited with no right to conversion.

The welcome bonus is exclusively for new registrations — one per CPF, IP address, and device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once, by any means, constitutes a violation of these terms.

7. Sports Betting

The 85bt offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and the Brazilian national team), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Market offerings may vary by event and are subject to change.

The odds published by 85bt are fixed at the moment a bet is confirmed. Any odds changes after confirmation do not affect bets already placed. Pre-game bets confirmed before an event begins are settled at the odds in effect at the time of registration.

The 85bt reserves the right to:

• Suspend markets for any event at any time, particularly when sporting irregularities are suspected;
• Cancel bets placed on incorrectly published odds (typographical or technical errors), returning the amount to the user's balance;
• Cap the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user at operational discretion;
• Withhold payments on bets suspected of match fixing while the matter is investigated by the relevant authorities.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of sporting events, the specific rules for each sport apply, as published in the detailed betting rules of 85bt. In general, events postponed more than 48 hours beyond the original date will have their bets cancelled and stakes refunded.

The user may request the closure of their account at 85bt at any time via live chat or by email at contato@85bt.net. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered account, provided there are no pending verification or investigation matters.

The 85bt may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, inactivity for more than 12 months with no available balance, or regulatory requirement. Account closures due to terms violations do not entitle the user to compensation for unwithdraw bonuses.

After account closure, the user's personal data is retained for the minimum period required by Brazilian law for audit and legal compliance purposes, after which it is deleted in accordance with the LGPD.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
